Note:

1.      Participants must be registered athletes of the DanceSport Association of Hong Kong, China/World DanceSport Federation.     

2.      Participants must register for the appropriate event according to their year of birth.

3.      An administration fee of HK$100 per event will be charged to all participants who cancel their entries after payment has been made.

4.      Participants should pay attention to the estimated race time announced on the race day.

5.      Participants must wear uniforms that comply with the WDSF rules and regulations.

6.      Participants will be disqualified if their shoes are found with studs showing or discoloration causing damage to the venue.

7.      Participants must arrive at the check-in counter no later than 1 hour before the scheduled competition time to collect their number bibs.

8.      Participants must arrive at the Calling Counter fifteen minutes prior to the announced Calling Time, otherwise they will be disqualified from the competition.

9.      Participants who are unable to enter the race for whatever reasons will not be arranged for a re-run of the race and will not be refunded the entry fee.

10.   Participants who do not have the designated number bib will not be allowed to compete.

11.   The administrative fee for reissuing numbered bib is HK$100.

12.   The Association reserves the right to adjust the competition time according to the situation on the day of the competition.

13.   Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings and keep the venue clean.

14.   For replacement of certificates or medals, an additional administrative fee of HK$100 will be charged for each certificate or medal.

15.   The Association reserves the right to make final changes to the schedule of events.

16.   In case of any dispute or amendment, the Association reserves the right of final decision.
